Where all the ss guys and gals gone for winter

Folks
am I one of the few ss guys (and gals) {KB where are u??} still posting and more importantly riding at the mo.
Posts to the SS threads dried up recently, or you all transported to 748s, 999s etc
Went out last weekend, so OK, bit drizzly Sat Morn but still great to be on two wheels, as opposed to a lot of them 4 wheel muppets

Oh,and another SS man,Fordie, has jumped ship to the 4 valvers.
Still a few SS boys and gals around, just not many posting on the board.

I'm still here!!

Been making a few posts on other threads, but yes quiet on the SS board.

Just fitted a double bubble screen to keep that awful, cold winter air off me a little more.

Not been on a rideout for a while, but still riding to and from work everyday.

Just about to have the bike serviced at 12k, so I may be off the road for a few days at least! :-)

Cheers
Phill

Fellow SS riders I may be gone but not forgotten.Still love the 900SS, took mine out a few days ago to give it a clear out on the local byways and was still inspired by its very individual characteristics,I was on a IL4 a few days ago and that just does not compare to the shear grunt of the two valver, although iv'e gone to the 4 valver, i shall all ways have a soft spot for the SS as im sure most of the lads and lasses that have had the pleasure of riding one, have also. I covered 20,000 miles in the few years that I owned the 900 ,the bike did me proud and still does.Viva la SS. Regards Fordie

Paul,
I picked up my screen from Busters for £40 delivered.

Fordie,
If you end up selling the 900ss and put it back to original spec, please drop me a line regarding any accessories you might have! I'm always looking for bits and bobs.

Bl@@dy wet on the way to work this morning!

Cheers
Phill
