748 seat pin please!!

Hi guys and gals,

whilst cleaning my bodywork and generally going over my 748 before the easter break I have some how managed to loose one of the plastic pins that locates the seat unit into the hinge, would any kind person in yorkshire lend me one if there bike is out of action or tell me where i can get one? i know ducati leeds but i'd rather go there as a last resort, moto rapido will be getting a phone call over the easter break so it would only be on loan with beer tokens as payment

much love

Adam :-)

What's wrong with a zip-tie?
... much more secure than someone pulling a pin and nicking your seat too!

Plastic Only

Just don't use a metal replacement. One point thatís often overlooked when replacing the plastic hinge pins with metal is that if you crash, the plastic pins are designed to shear off and save the rest of the $100+ hinge assembly and perhaps reduce damage to the bodywork.
