Ducati 999 - misfire /horizontal cylinder

Hi thanks to everyone out there that has given suggestions to try to sort out the misfire fault.

I have had all the coils replaced with 749R, i have also transposed them and still a misfire on...

Thanks for advice Neil all the coils have been replaced with 749R, i have also transposed them, and the misfire is still on the No1 cylinder in the cold weather on initial start. I have tried lots...

Drained fuel tank - no water, not sure what to try next, can anyone else help.

Hi

Thanks for the advise, i have had coils changed, and am going to try draining the fuel tank as prone to water ingress, the problem only shows up when the weather is cold. I will keep you updated....

I hope someone out there can help me, i bought a Ducati 999 in December 2002, and it has recently developed a misfire horizontal cylinder when cold. Hope you can HELP ME
