A glance down on the straight is normally all it takes. I used it quite a bit last year, more to check I was roughly on constant pace when getting tired towards the end of a race

I'd be more inclined to wear a 2 peice with a 1 pice rain suit; nothing gets thru them regardless of conditions and being able to remove jacket when stopped in tropical heat always a bonus ;)

I've had them on bikes before, and passed MOT ok, but you could always swap back at that time. Makes the rear so much tidier IMHO

The one I have on my M620 needed a longer spondle as its wider, so weight probably ended up almost the same! But looks nicer ;)

You can only try it and see. Guess its overall balance that is important; the relationship between the height of the front and rear. Mines a monster but runs about 10mm down at the front and 10mm up...
