was in looking at the 1098 again in my dealership today they told me Ductati still does not have a demo version in all dealerships (as far as i am aware no UK dealership even has its demo version yet...

I would be concerned if it was a solid protrusion without the mushroom on that it would be inclined to dig in and flip the bike apposed to only sliding if the mushroom were fitted
