May sound like a daft question but is the sag set for the bike and is you weight within the limit of the springs. Poor front susp will affect feel. Also service the pots it makes a massive difference...

WANTED - Gear Pedal, direct attach type

I am sure I have seen a gear pedal that connects directly to the gear spline, made by someone on here. The distance to centres on my bike is approx 5 1/2 inches. Just stocking up on spares.

As skids says deffo check the sensor and check all your fuses too. Plus wiring, if you get a short on the same circuit it will stop the clocks working. I think the rear light is on the same circuit
