back fireing & a pain to start...

any ideas on the following..

my 03 is a pain to start.. its obviously been tucked away during the winter.. its been plugged into a optimiser..

any thoughts.. would it be a spark plug issue...

ive just brought one.. didn't end up using it in...

ive just brought one.. didn't end up using it in the end as i used a air gun to remove my clutch in the end.. good value for money all the same

Just answered my own question.. I think?? only...

Won't need it if I just change the plate only right??

Was in the process of changing my clutch & pressure plate over this afternoon to find out my clutch plates are knackered...

Any ideas of what makes I should be looking @ & where I should be...
