my 748 does exactly the same thing, have pulled...

my 748 does exactly the same thing, have pulled to a stop with engine on tickover, in neutral and then the revs just die like the bikes gonna stall for a split second then picks up again just as fast...

souds like a wire from the alarm has somehow shorted out whilst doing the gauge work, could an alarm circuit wire have touched earth ? if so then something, maybe a relay, has "blown up" in the alarm...

bike has done 7k, held hand over pipe, no smell but small spots of clear liquid on my hand.......same as custards tho, its ok after a bit of a run.

on start up i am getting smoke from the left side pipe on my 748, its there on tick over and also if i rev up, had a service done recently at parkinsons and mentioned it to them, they said it might...

got some yellow dial inserts for my 748 to replace the standard clocks (see pic), has anyone fitted these before and are they a ba***rd to fit ?

rear shock set up....help !

my rear shock (showa-748bip) seems a bit "slack" i can grab the spring with my hand and move the whole shock from side to side, i think it needs to be adjusted, looked in the manual and saw that...

mine has the "748s" sticker on the frame, is a 99` model in yellow and has a showa rear shock...so is it a bip or an E ?

hi, only had my 748 2 weeks and am a bit confused with regards to fitting race cans to it. once i get some do i need a chip and a co test ? have seen ART do a pair for approx £350, are these ok ?
