I've done the bolts that hold the calipers to the forks as well but i wouldnt touch the bolts that hold the caliper halves together. Way too much risk of the caliper flexing when you hit the brakes...

They tighten as the engine warms up then loosen as it cools down again. No need to recehck them till the next service inrterval and no need to bed them in either.
