Motor and forks sorted down at Nellys yesterday, a big thanks to him as always!!

New belts fitted engine checked, covers fitted STM Evo installed, and new fork seals!

Which bit of the cooling system do you have to remove what its telling you to get at is the overflow tank under the airbox, and i cant really see a reason for taking that off, but anyhow the manifold...

Just leave it unplugged at the airbox connection until you get to the dyno centre! Only a 5 min job to pull the fairing and swop the plugs over!

As i said mate it was only good for the skip, which is were it went, they were absolutely crap, real flimsy and all the holes for the fasteners had cracked or pulled thru!

To remove the standard flywheel youd need to be pretty handy with the spanners and need a couple of special tools,
To get the alternator casin off to avoid levering and damaging the casing you need...

Looks like youve got it about right but it makes it kind of confusing havin to screw the banjos into the lines, they normally are swaged onto the lines them selves
