I had a Casoli single seat conversion on my old 749.
To be on the safe side i put heat reflective tape on the underside of the seat unit.
I think i got the tape from Demon Tweaks.

180 rear is no problem at all. Its something i shall be doing to my 999.
DIY Speedo sensor not sure.
