rear seat pad?

just bought a mono carbo seat unit for my 749 for the track.

Does anyone know where to get the pad that you would push your butt into when you slide back in the seat?

Prefer to get a proper ducati...

a customer of mine ahs offered to px his 749 for my 748r.

what opinions to you guys/girls (who have owned both) have on the difference.

Ducati UK have confirmed all is ok but they cannot trace the actual production number that corresponds with the bike as they kept no records for that.

I am currently selling the 748r to pay for next yrs racing and a few people have asked if it has a production number plaque.
As far as i am aware the 'R' versions were not granted this privileage...

I agree, I have the R version (for the time being anyway...selling to pay for next yrs racing!) and it comes with the whole lot....marchesinis,ohlins,showa,slipper etc etc.

It's never done it before and the fuel pump...

It's never done it before and the fuel pump usually makes a sound as you turn the ignition, then stops...this continues to make a high electrical squeak that does'nt go away.
