My 900ssie forks fit straight onto my 600ss as do the 620s ones, 620 monster ones, 750ssie too.... Try to find a set of 900ssie forks, there probably the best option and get them serviced...

I cant fault them but you must use soft pads as...

From my limited knowledge of seeing the bikes in & out of Nelly's, Ohlins forks have a tendancy to leak.

Two options 1) Stop the leak with better seals which will give more stiction and in theory...

I have a hypro'd 900ss ie and Ktec'd R1.

The bikes are light years appart.

The Duke is as hard as a go-cart, whereas the R1 is really soft and uses the suspension much more...
