Well after all that, I just phoned the shop, told them I`ve called DUK and low and behold....Ones being posted to the shop first class today, so should have the Bike back for the rainy weekend...lol

Castrol and Honda have apparently done research and say that warming up an engine by letting it idle damages the engine.

Its Far better to get on straight on and just keep the revs low for 10...
