The two flywheel pickups for the ignition triggers are on a slotted bracket. you can get about 8 degrees of advance on there.......if you wanted ;)
In short, realistically, no you couldn't police it....

I have the same problem. The radius at the base of the plug gallery pushes the socket off the plug hex.....
You need a very thin plug socket or taper the end of the one you've got.

I used to ride 010's religiously, then Diablo came out and i loved em. Corsa more so. Diablo III's felt good to start with, but the SC pro were lousy as a road tyre, so the Diablo had to be better....

Couldn't get my hands on 2CT's a few months ago in time. went for BT016's and WOW!! The Diablo III's never inspired me. The 016's have given me a new lease with the bike.

2 - undo the locknut on the pushrod, screw the pushrod into the linkage and lock it up. You're basically putting clearance between the pushrod and the head of the brake cylinder piston.

Nick, remove the M5 bolt before you tension...... it's locking the pulley so you are effectively only checking tension on one side of the belt, not the assembly.

Surflex are suppliers for some of the DP kits. Work very well, but pricey. I think the SPS is spec'd with a clutch pack equivalent to one of the DP kits as standard.

Wheel nuts can/do come loose but stay in place because the safety clip is doing it's job. The nut can even feel tight because it's nipped up on the clip.
8/10 this usually leads to the drive pins...

I take 'em apart, screw them in and the reassemble. Not difficult or fiddly. Make sure that you don't overtighten and ensure that you can actually release the clip as it can catch the pump housing...

Air gap is spec'd at 0.65 - 0.7mm. It's adjusted with shims under the sensor body. You should be OK at about 0.6 - 0.8 though.
If that hasn't been touched, i'd be erring on the side of the sensor...

Tbh, that doesn't always prove a fault as the thing can/ could be breaking down under temp.

Had a similar problem with a customers 998. The ECU was returning error on the crank sensor. Replaced that and set the air gap and all was well.
Have you had the ECU interogated for error codes?...
