Thanks for the assistance,bought some "U" clips from local motor factors,look very similar to Ducati part but use a self-tapper.Does the job,and only 70p for 6.

Oil Change - Sealing Washers

Have two sealing washers,one for sump plug and one for gauze filter.Is it:-
Thin one sump plug
Thick one gauze filter
Gauze filter had copper washer when removed,hence my confusion:puzzled:

Thanks for the thoughts,its the wiring connector thats a pain,its either hitting the airbox or the cylinder head,the tank doesnt sit down smoothly.There must be an exact position where it should be...

Halfords do sell a 1"13/16" = 46mm hub socket, 1/2" drive most tool suppliers will be 3/4" drive.A 3/4" drive torque wrench aint cheap!

Looked like this when I bought it,the stickers left marks when they came off,front had stone chips etc.To make the job perfect the only way is a complete repaint.
