ok, am pretty sure what the problem is so in summary

Before
Termis with standard ecu, and injectors adjusted to suit, it went like a train

After PC111 (with map for 749 with Termis) fitted
starts...

it will cost a wee bit more than £500, but I just put an Ohlins shock on my 749 and its a different bike. much quicker and more sure footed on the bends than before

Interesting this. I was told by Ducati Glasgow that the key is coded to the clocks and that you can change ecus without any problem. They also said for regular road use the Termis (on a 749 anyway)...

Apparently this is common and is due to the glazing of the clutch plates, so these need stripped out and treated or the clutch replaced. 2500 miles God help us....

Under braking my forks are giving off a bit of a squeek. Seemed to develop after a mild, not high powered jet washing
