My new exhaust link pipe does not have any mounts to fit a heat guard.

is there a heat guard that fits with a jubilee clip type mounting or am i imagining it??

They will go over, you need to have the clip on the hose, not over the bit that will fit the "male" mount.

Once the hose is over the male mount then slide the clip down over the male mount...
