A16 Road N Race - Great Service

Just a note to give an endorsement to A16 Road n Race Supplies.

I bought a pair of 50mm removable baffles for my Termis from them for £28 the pair.

Simple construction, but take the edge off the noise levels.

The parts came down in 2 days.

A small amount of modification was needed, to cut a small V so that the angle between the end and the baffle could be increased.

Whilst modding one of the baffles I squashed the end piece, which is a very close fit with the spout of the end can, and was unable to re-shape it well enough to fit properly. Twerp!

Called Paul at A16 to order one replacement baffle. Paul sent me a new baffle FOC, and advised that the next batch will be produced with a greater angle to remove the need for modification.

Good people, quick service, cheap prices and freebies - what more could you ask.

Hi Smilo 006,

I am going to take some digi photos of a few mods - modded seat unit, (subtle) indicators in mirrors, reg plate/indicator combi, etc - and post them in the next couple of weeks. I will bung some shots of the baffles in with them.

The baffles require drilling a hole in the spout to fit a securing bolt or pin.

As I paid plenty for my Ti Termis (with cams & ECU - hooh yeah!), I want to make the mounting hole as small as poss. I will include photos of the mounting when done.
