Try stopping a bit more often?
Like every twenty five minutes?

Have DP rear sets on mine and dont find much difference than standard but never seem to be in the same position for long anyway.

Follow the previous advice if you cant get used to the vibes.

You never mentioned if you ride on your bridges or the balls of your feet?

I always ride on the balls so this might help as it is a bit softer than the bridge section of my boots?

Hope you sort it out, if you do then post your methods as others might have the same problem?
