Jimnys are great, just as Monty said. They are as capable as Jeeps in really rough stuff and there are a zilliion parts for them (in Japan at least). They turn over occasionally, but they are easily righted by about two healthy guys. Japan has some interesting trails, but they are very narrow and hard to negotiate at times. Jimnys usually get through. Newer ones are more civilized, but still capable, but the old 3 cyl. two stroke ones were a real blast! U should enjoy the hell out of it!
