Steve I would say yes, you will learn something for sure, I guess it all depends on what you have experienced already. I haven't raced so cannot really comment on that, but I've been doing track days for years and I learnt a hell of a lot, which you could use on or off the track.

You have to start at level 1, so why not just do that one, if you come away and think you gained nothing then fair enough, don't do any more, if not get the rest booked up
