Ive not seen inside a 620 clutch,but I have seen the clutch on the older 600/750 bikes.If you are familier with 996 clutches you should be able to find your way around the wet clutch.
If it was me,I would drain the oil before starting work.If the clutch was slipping real bad,the friction material from the plates could break up and contaminate the oil.
