Who was in Bury Hill or Brighton yesterday ?

My wife and I rode to Bury Hill yesterday, on our arrival there were loads of bikes so we decided to queue for some food. The queue moved very slowly, we eventually placed our order and waited and waited again due to my order being messed up - Its no good having a 'Bacon Burger' without the Bacon

While we were eating, it started to drizzle and most of the bikes had gone as quick as the rain came. The drizzle stopped 10-15 minutes later so I walked around looking at the few bikes that were left - There was 4 guys chatting who rode two red 916/996/998, one yellow 748/749 and a BMW. None of the Dukes had any DSC decals or stickers, were you there ?

We then visited John Henry's (for a coffee) and Cissbury Leathers - Nice Arlen Ness leathers on route to Brighton.
On the seafront in Brighton (Madeira Drive) we passed a red 916 or 996 or 998 with a DSC sticker near or on the screen. He and I acknowledged each other in the usual way (Nod). Was it you ?
I was riding my yellow Honda VTR 1000 Fire Storm and my wife behind in a hi-viz waistcoat was riding her Honda CG 125.

Hi Dibs,

Yes, it must have been you. I recall your red Ducati paddock jacket. Nice bike.

My wife and I had walked the pier and was approaching our bikes when we heard your Duke (Its the exhaust note and those rattling dry clutches) we heard you riding around the roundabout.
Then as we were leaving to visit Brighton Marina (heading east), its all those boats, I just can't resist them and besides I wanted to show my wife the marina as she has not seen it before, you came riding towards us.

Maybe next time we'll stop for a coffee and a chat.

Take care and safe motorcycling.
