Thanks Nelly (Cornerspeed)

Having fitted replacement tyres and front Discs to the 996 though I would go test em out before putting Mrs F on the back for a bimble. Pulled on to local biking shop forecourt which slopped a bit. Bike looked OK to leave as the learn angle look reasonable but not as much as she normally does. Just gave it a little pull over to settle her on the suspension when
SNAP

the blo8dy side stand breaks of at the pivot bolt. Gets home and parks up on the paddock stand thankfully. Phoned up in panic all the Duk Dealers "Sorry we don't carry that part"

Ah! think me, maybe Neil at Cornerspeed could help me locate one .
Neil , You got a side stand for a 996. YES say's Nelly
Gobsmacked I ask if he could send it down 1st Class YES say's Nelly although he was busy on a SPS

Stand was delivered at 0900 this morning . Great! I can make the BHC ride out tommorrow.
Was toying with the idea of going any way but as Glyn said we could all ways bring your breakfast out as you sit on the bike . Who needs mate . Thanks Neil you're a STAR. 4D
