DVD Editing

I've got a home recorded DVD of 4 hours of kids TV for sprog to watch on long journey in the car. Problem is it's 4 hours of stuff of which 2 hours is just filler and adverts etc.

What I'm trying to do is rip the DVD to my computer, cut out the cack and add some chapters so he doesn't have to watch the same stuff again and again (Not that this seems to bother him...). I don't have a problem with the ripping bit and I thought there'd be a nice simple program I could push a few buttons on and knock out a finished project... How stupid am I....

Anyone got any suggestions of what I can use that doesn't require me to put aside the next six months to learn how to do it...?

Ta.

Hello

FiscusFish maybe something like this?

http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...=77149&_LOC=UK

I have an earlier copy but don't have the space to rip to my PC yet.
