this kind of post show how people are used to message board or not
Somebody's speaking to me ??

More seriously, I would be more than interrested but according to my racing history, I think we should take an all damage insurance for your biek first

Could be fun, but I'll never dare and so won't you I think...

You going 583 then Andy? [/quote]

I don't know...I'm utterly confused! Us 674 boys are in the most difficult predicament whereby we can't stay as we are and get thrashed by the swelling numbers of 620s, so we have to so something;

1) Spend lots of dosh re-converting to 583 and simply slide down the grid!

2) Spend even more dosh and do lots and lots of head-work, change carbs etc etc, and gain, potentially nothing...to slide further down the grid!

3) Spend EVEN more dosh and lever in a 620 engine to encounter loads of technical glitches and totally predictable "unforseen problems" getting the thing to go, and start competing with the axe murderers at the sharp-end....eeeek...no thanks!

It really depends on whether there are TWO separate grids. I kind of gather that a number of people feel the same...in that they'll only run a 583 if it is on a separate grid and I would therefore be in a position to be far enough forward to actually see the starting lights go out!

Ehem...on that note Dom I've just seen a lovelly DVD of the start of race 2 produced by a chum....Hummmm...Very lucky not to get a 10-seconder there mate! I'm amazed I didn't see you streak past as I sat there pulling in my clutch and snicking it into first

p.s. Oh, yes...what are your views so far as your weapon of choice for next year?...size-wise, that is!

Don't dismiss the idea completely chum....think about it.....

You get to test out an old-style ss to help you decide on your "steed" next season.....

and I get.....

a bit more power which I discover does me no good at all....

....oh, yes....

....and a smashed-up 600ss

I think if you study the evidence really really hard, your eyes will go blurry

Nothing wrong with my start at Brands - I got it off the line very well thanks

Whether it was a jump or not is another matter. If it was, it wasn't intentional, but there can only have been a fraction of a second in it.

Next year for me is a mystery... even to me.

Louigi has offered me anything I like, so I'm just going to see how everything pans out and decide early next year I would think.

Next season is 6 months away yet

Yes, yes Dom...You MUST have formed SOME view as far as your initial preference is concerned....or are you just being coy now????

The subject concerning jump starts is now closed....

...except so say that you went AGES before the light went out

So if anyone wants to swap a 600 carbs (with a running engine Ali ) + some money I will consider offers.

I meant a running 583 engine... I don't care about the BB.

Actually if a Monster owner would like to swap (of course I know you won't trade Max Lin, I wouldn't do that with Julie2 ) I will be interrested as well.
