Mine is 500 metres, another bad thing I heard this week is that some bike insurers wont give details of NCB earned when you change co.

I've never needed to provide proof of no claims.
Its on the renewal letter anyhow if they did need it.

Steven, do they say they wont pay anything if its stolen withing 500 metres?

Offence Code IN10 on your licence which means the insurance companies treat you like a leper, usually 6 points and the fine depends on what you were doing when caught .......
