Tyres sizes and used tyres for sale???

What sizes are most peeps running in DD?

I am in the process of trying to convert my DR350 enduro bike over to a supermoto styleeee for the summer.

I have some wheels off an RS125...and the wheels currently have 150/60 rear and 110/70 front tyres on. I'm not sure if it may take a 160 on the rear or not?

Do any of the DD bikes run these kind of dimenions and if so...anyone want to sell me some part worns!!!

I should think most DD'ers are on 120/70 17 or 120/60 17 front and 160/60 17 rear. What rim sizes are you using? You would normally need MT3 - MT3.5 on the front and MT4 - MT4.5 on the rear to use these tyres.

Yep 120/70 front and 160/60 rear
What sort of fit are the wheels Harv, I have several Suzuki 3 spokes wheels at home, couple of fronts one from a RGV 125 and one from a RGV250, also a couple of rears but they are off bigger 4-strokes

The wheels are a real good fit actually...I got a tip off smeone else who has done this using these. Not sure what the rim sizes are, I'll be looking into it a bit more tomorrow.

I would be interested in the RGV wheels Kev, as a mate of mine is also looking to do the same thing to his DRZ250.

Have those wheels got tyres on...if so I could be interested...and wouldn't mind trying them out for size if thats poss?

I know one front has a tyre possibly the RGV125 wheel, I'll check tomorrow. If you want to borrow them and check for size just arrange to pop around sometime

I'm going to see my mate tomorrow to work on mine, so I'll let him know, we may well get back to you on that then...we'd certainly like to 'offer them up' and see how they go for fitment.
