I believe the latest GSXR forks have the same measurements as the "low-rent" Showa forks.

I've got SBK forks on my SL (same front end as the 888) and to be honest for the aggravation involved I wouldn't do it again. It didn't cost too much overall even including the Cyclecat top yoke 'cos SuperLight parts can go for silly prices on fleabay (SuperLight parts are "special" you know...) but I'm not convinced the improvement over a set of "worked on" standard forks is noticable to a rider like me.

Now if a GSXR front end were a straight drop in...
