Talking Epic journey of rally man's gloves

Q : How many miles can a pair of gloves do without the riders hands in them?

It all started way back at the begining of the season when the Intrepid boys from the DSC came out to the Ring or was it Wringing?
anyhow, rally decided to bring spare gloves Wise move, and alternated them from radiator to radiator when they became sodden!

He left them at the Hotel and contacted me to say would I pick them up on the next trip out!

I found the Gloves in a plastic bag along with some very smelly and damp Jocks, Phew!!!!
I disposed of the Jocks in case "Customs" stoped me and wanted to know where the decomposing body was ! LOL
anyway Time and time again rally has asked for these gloves back!
to be honest I thought I had lost them , so I was shying away from the subject and hoped he would forget about them!
I have been getting a very strange smell in the car and could not figure it out.
until last week when I emptied the tools out of the boot ! and there were Rallies gloves LOL

So the answer is about 30,000 miles back and forth to Germany !lol
anyway they are in the post and on there way back to rally as we speak!

Ps hope they still fit you Rally LOL

Thumbs up

You'll be pleased to hear he was seen carrying another spare pair of gloves over the weekend, strapped to the outside of his rucksack, no doubt in an attempt to keep the rucksack dry in the rain

I have my winter gloves back... in time for winter!

Wore them home - like a pair of comfy old slippers... except for the hands...

Thanks Mav
