Having a house in Italy is like to wait for a 1098.... in Firenze you can get one earlier than May 07... my house anyway should be ready for February end.. ONLY two months delay.
As for the space... there is a huge cantina downstairs and a nice garden that in summer should be already green... so in case 27 is the number...plenty place for camping in the garden!!!!
PS. Only two real toilets..which one will be kept private!!!
