Sorry to be a tease....

Couple of things though.

Went 1.5 seconds slower than last year.

Made the same STOOOPID mistake on the last lap in the second race that I did last year (hence my mood after the race..and apologies to the van door)

Never felt comfortable on the bike cos it felt like I'd crash if I pushed. We think we've found the reason for this though, which makes me much happier about the thought of Mallory. Testing testing testing.

Great racing by Mr Shep...by Sir Simoncelli of hairdoo land and also Master Andrew Pike of Classic smooth racing line corner.

Actually, harriet rode well too, kept seeing her and thinking "Shizer, I'm not going fast enough!"

Nice to see Kev Palmer getting his Mojo back too! RAAAGHHH!!!


Lasting memory of the weekend?

Erin prodding me, asking me to get Will's brother Jim's attention and explaining that she wanted to talk to him about herself.

Also, with Will having borrowed Shep's lid when Shep's manly thigh punted him into the shrubs and scraped up his own, he then explained that he wanted to beat him with his own helmet.

Kinky young kids...gotta admire their...erm.....perversity.
