Different Brembo front discs

Can anyone tell me what, if any, are the differences between discs like this

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...4628 922&rd=1

which have the round holes in the carrier, and those on my 2001 MY bike, which have "wedge-shaped" holes in the carrier.

Both appear to have a 6-bolt fixing pattern.

Not sure if the disc material is slightly improved on your later type over these earlier types in the Ebay auction, but other than that they should interchange with yours.
