Pierbon fairing stand

Just got a pierbon fairing stand for the 996, anybody else got one of these?

Where do all the bits go? I'm normally pretty good with this sort of thing, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere obvious for mounting the nose piece, other than hanging it off the end, and on the front upright there are two long bolts with ball ends that slide through the upright, what the heck are they for?

If anyone has a pic showing how all the bits mount it would save me scratching my head any more.
