Computer wiz kids please

Was working fine but today it wont transfer data to or from my gps unit from the map source program I'm running. Keep getting blue screen with error codes,
OE:0028:COO30AEC or
FILE VMM(01) + 0000C86A OE:0028:C000D86A
and also mapsourse progam stops responding.
Could it be the program, unit or computer
Any computer wiz kids out there

Email me your latest minidump file i will see if i can locate what is actualy causing the blue screencrash for you.

Remove it from your system and re install the program again, if its more than that. I have a large lump hammer for hire
