Azzy's (fellow DSC'r who doesn't log on) needs alloy monoposto subframe for his 2000 996SPS.
Question, are all of the mono sub frames the same, will any mono fit? please see pic attatched which shows the type of frame with the big computer.
Anyone heard of these subframes cracking before? If you look closely you can see where it has cracked just by the weld underneath the ECU The bike has been used with Ventura luggage attatched on frequent European trips and ridden by 2 fat *******s. Not at once i hasten to add, 2 seperate owners.
