Dodgy Bussu

While on me hols in cyprus I came across this Bussa in Paphos, notice that it has a Nitrus bottle attached to the seat unit

Then I looked at the rear of the Bussa, only to notice taht the rear tyre was nearly to the carcass & that there was no number plate , presumably to fool the speed cameras .
5 minutes after I took the picture a young lad in jeans 7 t shirt with no helmet roared off up the street on the back wheel, sorry but missed getting a picture of that

I thought there was a 100 bhp limit on over seas bikes.
When you get to some of these islands the laws are almost non exsistant, that tyre is in good nick compaid to some I have seen
