1098 Launch - Italsport - 14th Dec ***UPDATE***

Since it seems to be causing quite a bit of interest, here is an invite we have received from Italsport on a 1098 launch.

Emailing or Phoning Paul to let him know who is coming would be ideal but otherwise, adding your name and any numbers of peeps you might be taking would be appreciated.

As an aside I have happy memories from years ago of taking part in one of Italsport's open days as a stone broke punter turning up in a car. I believe I rode a 907ie Paso, a fully faired Guzzi and an unrestricted Aprilia RS125 !!!

Hi there

All of us here at Italsport Ducati in Bury, Manchester would like to invite Ducati Sporting Club and members to our open evening / 1098s launch

Ducati have given us a provisional date of thursday 14 dec to launch the 1098s to the uk

All being well with delivery from Ducati we will be holding a launch evening with refreshments

we would be happy to welcome anyone who is interested ( even non duke owners ) if you know any who would like to come

could i possibly have some numbers for attendance so i can decide on how much in the way of drinks / food to provide

My mate at Metropolis in Vauxhall say`s they are due get some them in, in the middle of December...

He`ll call me he`s got a definate time and date...

Hi all

sorry to disapoint we have had to cancel the launch evening

ducati uk have just informed us the 1098 will not be here for our open evening on 14 dec

the bikes will not be leaving the factory until around 16 dec

as soon as we have a new delivery date we will hold our launch evening
