Introduction.
Been a member and visiting the forum now for a couple of months and thought it was about time to crawl out of my shell and introduce myself.

Live in North Lincolnshire (no excuses someone has to) and own

1) A 1995 748SP which in my humble opinion is both jaw droppingly gorgeous and pornography on two wheels.
2) A 5 month old rice burning ZX6R (enough said but a bloody good ride)
and last but not least my latest acquisition a 2003 749S which is currently being prepared for hopefully my first of many trackdays to come starting late spring next year at which I hope to meet some fellow DSCrs.

Following tradition the virtual bar is open so please feel free to help yourselves.

Newy.

Hi Newy,
Welcome to the DSC.

I won't be too greedy, I'll have a Blandford Fly and a Remy Martin chaser.
Prost.

Nice stables mates you have, particularly the Dukes.

Hi Newy - A Bud for me, and welcome ! Pretty new around here myself. like you, I had various bikes before being smitten. Did my first track day last year, on a brand new ST4S !, then 4 montsh later completely hooked on track experience bought my current Duke, 2004 749R. My first track day was a Ducati Glasgow affair, dead friendly, dead relaxed and I couldn't get enough. I've sold my soul thanks to Ducati and hope to get down south next year to some of the DSC track days. In other words, I'm positive you will a) love the 749 b) love seeing what a great bike it is on track and c) just have so much fun and rush after rush !
All the best
Ronnie
