DIY mate, We have done a few, Buy the baffle packing and a few rivets... Hey presto.
Motocross shops are best for the baffle packing and any hardware store for the rivets.

The Rivets are not a problem I didn't no you could buy the packing material seperately. Will have a go thanks Glyn

I have opened up my termis it was easy and will remove about 50% of th packing , they are too quiet.
