I do not know if you are aware of this Italian product.
Though I'd post it up anyhow.

It's a company who lay out all your pictures that you give them, in various styles, so if you want say a "Family" Book, it gets to look something like this

My work was used in the UK launch 3 years ago with the Original Reportage Book. Go to Options and scroll down 'till you get to the reportage option which has single handedy raised the quality of work within the industry in the UK.

Depends upon the number of pages.
That said, the franchise is mearly that, thus different photographers offer the service at their own rates, so it can vary wildly.
