I have a small problem with me horn .....it dont work ! only 3 volts coming down to it whip off horn put 12 volts into her... no problem... switch looks fine but only the 3volts when pressed....any ideas peeps as without me horn its gonner be a quite christmas

Is the three volts at the spade connectors or at the horn push?
If it's at the spades, then a broken wire sounds the culprit.
Try measuring from the positive spade but use a frame earth to see if it's the +tve feed that's broke. If not, then the earth could've broke. Either repair or run a new earth to the subframe.
