I`m on two diets as I cant get enough to eat on only one!

Yes I`m overweight and I have to loose lots of fat!!!!!!! or I`ll have to fit ape hangers to the 998!

yep on a diet

Need to lose about 2 stone so got to do something!! Not easy when Fred is finishing of all the treats from Christmas, but I am going to do my best.

Need some motivation though!

I needed to diet before xmas - its even worse now.

Maybe if I stay on the ciggys.... and lay off the food

Next week...... I WILL start ...I'll cut back....

s'pose I'll have to - as no money left for food shopping this month - and her majesty is due a service at the end of the month too.

Anyone want lots of spare chockies?

CK - tell me about it, i have loads of stuff from christmas

Best motivation for me was to go and try some clothes on. they fitted ok, but seeing myself in the full length rear view mirror was very scary

But on the plus side i have just had a delicious banana

As for AndyB's comments..............yea i know its very bad for you, but so are a lot of other things in life (probably not quite as bad though!) Must be the only point you and Vman agreed on!!!

Yep, I'm cutting back on the good food. Had one too many roast lunches over the festive period. Got to get in shape for my wedding in August too - don't a gut on my wedding photos!
