Free anti virus download
Might interest those who haven't got AV software installed yet, apparently it's a very good system and I've got to say when I installed it today it picked out a virus which Norton AV had missed.

mate AVG 7 is the nuts ... I run it at home and work, also point all my mates to it .... also paul if you haven't already get Spybot to run alongside it ... cracking piece of anti spyware software thats also free ...

just select the Spybot 1.3 download.

I use use AVG Free edition 7 and Spybot..........and Adaware, and McAfee Spamkiller, and Sygate Personal Firewall Pro, and CW Shredder, and StopZilla.

want anything else.............!!!!!!!!

System runs at 0.00003 mph but at least it runs.

AVG 7 as well, also ad-aware SE personal, |& just to play safe once or twice a month an on line scan with Panda or Housecall
