shoei helmets

im looking at buying a shoei x11 shakey byrne helmet from america and was hoping it is the same as the x spirit byrne rep, is this correct ?? i think its the same just a different name form the americans

if it i will be saving nearly £250 on GREAT british prices

plus where can i get a tinted visor with the pinlock system from ??

have checked it out but the americans seem to use different wording on their sites,im sure it is just wanted peace of mind really
