High Risk Post Code

Trying to get my premium down and found out my post code is in the same insurance group as that London (6)!
I live outside Leeds.
Is it Norwich Union who sets the post code risk areas>
I don't think I'll be getting any bargain quotes.

Try H&R. I'm in a hughish risk area and H&R always come out cheapest for me.
