Nope. It was only a bust knee cap, but it did have a whole hour to heal... glad it wasn't only 5 weeks!

I'm just messing with you anyway, whatever you take make sure it keeps you on the track... cos I'm looking forward to you making a proper challenge this time.

I'd dont trust the chemist half off them cant even speak english!!...and they said it would be ok to race taking both.....plus i try it out the day before and i was fine..... but if you are worry, Paracetamol should still work..
