Race Insurance payout - I\'m impressed!!

Well, some of you have got the CICA Insurance policy for racing, and I'd just like to say that they're bloody good!!

I didn't send my claim form off until last Thursday, and one week later I've recieved a cheque for £1000.

How good is that!!

All for about £20 a month.

Unfortunately, I owe most of that to my dad, so I'll be left with about £300 - which is what I owe for council tax.

Gets me out of a hole though

Well done, however, I sent off a claim three weeks ago and you've just reminded me, I've not heard a thing.

I far as I know (and this used to be the case) the insurance is for the Person, not the bike. It's to cover you for being off work.

Yeti

If you want your track/race bike insured, talk to Competition Car Insurance on 0115 941 5255. I have my rr insured through them for anytime the engine is not running, ie if nicked from my garage, the paddock or the van etc.
