A bit of wet&dry and a tin of clear laquer it`ll be as good as new.

Thanks for the info / tips guys

Will follow up the hugger and look forward to viewing piccy. The standard mudguard looks a bit chunky and I had similar idea on USD version too, so am interested in how it looks.
